ACTIONS in Round 11
- We met SDM Bansgaon and he gave us full co-operation in updating the land records of the Pokhra and Banzar land as per High Court order and also updated in the bhulekh.up.nic.in
SDM looking at the updated land records. - It has been one of the major achievement. This case has been started since 1958.
- Now the gramsabha has got the land on which we can get the health center, anganbadi, water tank constructed and other development work can be done.
Meeting with SDM Bansgaon - Way for the temple has also been updated in the govt. land records.
Way for this temple resolved - Panchayat was called and discussion was done regarding all the developments so far in the various heads we have been trying.
- Around Rs 12 K was collected from Arjun and family towards Pokhra lease still Rs. 10 K remaining.
- Around Rs 1000 was spent towards court and land record updation work.
- From the remaining amount it was decided to buy 10 Chairs and 1 table and carpet etc. for common use of the village.
- Option for sahaj jan seva kendra was floated if any one interested in running that kendra can start.
- We met DM gorakhpur and updated him about all the work we initiated and there status report.
- He assured that DPRO will be looking after all the work and update us on there status.
